John Reddan, CISSP

Mr. Reddan, the Technical Director of Technology Unlimited Group, has a MS degree in Computer Science from West Coast University, and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Redlands. Mr. Reddan began working in the technology sector after his graduation from the University of Redlands. He has worked on the development of communications, remote sensors, software languages and programming environments, advanced training systems, and building automation/control systems. His experience with communications has included data link message processing, communications surveillance, and advanced communications system development, principally related to the Common Data Link (CDL) waveform standard. In 2004 Mr. Reddan founded Technology Unlimited Group (TUG), a company that specializes in the development and acquisition of advanced communications systems for the United States Department of Defense (DoD).

Mr. John Reddan currently serves as a project manager and system engineer with extensive experience in communications system design and acquisition, control system design, remote sensor operation and exploitation, computer systems analysis and requirements definition, computer systems integration, software development, surveillance system design and development, real-time numerical algorithms, and project management. Mr. Reddan has lead TUG's Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) efforts including the Algorithm Development for Standard Interface CompLiance (SAIL) and Topology Management for Analysis and Algorithms for Directional Antenna-based Networks.

Mr. Reddan was certified by (ISC)2 as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP ®) in 2007. Mr. Reddan received the Chairman's Award for Employee Excellence from Harnischfeger Industries in 1989, and a Distinguished Reviewer Award for the ASPE Evaluation and Validation Team in 1987. Mr. Reddan served as a Distinguished Reviewer for the Ada 9X Language Revision from 1991 till 1993. Mr. Reddan received a Letter of Commendation for BGPHES/CDL-N Support during the initial System Development and Deployment from SPAWAR Systems Center - San Diego in 1998, and received a Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Contributions to IUSS OMI Commonality Program from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) PD-80 in 1993. Mr. Reddan has written numerous technical publications, documents, and white papers.
